AN ADD-ON, NOT A MODULE

Waypoint Assist

Buy it once and it lights up inside the modules your agency already owns. It answers from your own manuals, drafts from your own records, and decides nothing on its own.

PRICED PER SEAT

You pay per person who uses it, added to your existing subscription.

ONLY WHERE YOU OWN THE MODULE

It only appears inside modules your agency has already purchased.

OFF UNTIL YOU TURN IT ON

Nothing turns on by default. Your administrator switches on each capability by hand.

WHAT IT DOES

Inside the work,
not beside it.

Assist has no screen of its own. It appears as one more control on a screen your people already use, at the moment the work is being done.

IN POLICIES

Ask the manual

Members ask a policy question in plain language and get an answer drawn only from your own manuals and orders, with citations into the policy text. It can answer as the manual stood on a past date. It does not decide whether anybody violated policy.

IN ROLL CALL

Draft the briefing

Assembles a draft shift briefing from the items already on your board — what is new, what is officer safety, what is still outstanding — for a supervisor to edit before publishing. It writes only from items your agency posted, and it never publishes anything itself.

IN FIELD TRAINING

Draft the observation report

The training officer describes the shift in their own words and gets a draft comment for each category it touches, to edit and sign. It only ever fills an empty comment, never rewrites one you have written, and it does not choose the ratings.

WHAT IT WILL NOT DO

It drafts.
Your people decide.

Every capability stops at a draft or a suggestion. Nothing it produces becomes a record until a person has read it, changed what they wanted to change, and signed it.

A draft is not a decision, and a suggestion is not a score.

It does not judge conduct

It answers what the manual says. Whether somebody violated policy is a finding, and findings are made by people.

It does not publish

A drafted briefing sits in the supervisor's hands until they publish it themselves.

It does not score

A pre-scored criterion is a proposal with a reason attached. Only the evaluator's decision is recorded on the review.

It does not overwrite

Where a comment is required and still empty, it offers a draft. Anything a person has written is left alone.

ADD IT WHEN YOU ARE READY

Ready when your agency is.
Not a day before.

Assist is not a prerequisite for anything. Every module does its whole job without it.
