These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Waypoint Public Safety’s website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Agency customers use the Services under their applicable agreement with Waypoint Public Safety.
Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an agency or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials confidential and use only the access assigned to you. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must promptly notify your agency administrator or Waypoint Public Safety of suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized public-safety or agency operations. You may not interfere with the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Services except where law permits, introduce malicious code, or use the Services to violate privacy, civil-rights, or other applicable obligations.
Agency data
As between Waypoint Public Safety and an agency customer, the agency retains its rights in data submitted to the Services. Waypoint Public Safety processes that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to the customer agreement and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or modify the Services to support security, reliability, functionality, and legal requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material planned changes when appropriate.
Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided subject to the warranties, limitations, and remedies in the agreement governing your agency's use. Nothing on this website creates an emergency-response service or guarantees uninterrupted availability.
